NEW TICKETING & CEU SYSTEM

Welcome to the IIDEX/NeoCon Canada seminar registration search engine. Please read the instructions prior to conducting your on-line search or and purchasing your seminars on-line. If you have any questions or require technical assistance, please e-mail .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and our conference services department will be pleased to assist you.

NEW ELECTRONIC SEMINAR ADMISSION AND CEU POINTS TRACKING SYSTEM

NEW PROCEDURE FOR SEMINAR ADMISSION: When you register on-line or on-site you will receive an attendee badge which lists all of your seminar registrations on the badge.
A paper ticket for each seminar will no longer be provided. The attendee badge is your admission to both the exhibit hall and all purchased seminars. All seminar registrants will have their badge scanned at the door and receive a PDF certificate of completion via email indicating the CEU points earned.

BADGE AND SEMINAR TRANSFERRING: CEU points will be credited to the original purchaser of the seminar, which is printed on the badge. If you give your badge to another person to attend a seminar in your place the CEU points will be credited to the original purchaser, whose name appears on the badge, not the person who is attending the seminar in their place. If you would like to transfer your seminar to another individual, BOTH individuals must visit the on-site registration area to have their badges reprinted with the change of seminar information.

POINTS: IIDEX/NeoCon Canada will be providing all 2011 conference attendees with an electronic attendance/points certificate. You will no longer be required to have a points card stamped when you attend a seminar or submit your points tracking card to your accreditation body. All seminar registrants will be scanned at the door and receive a PDF certificate of completion via email indicating the CEU points earned.

ELIGIBILITY: All seminars are recognized for CEU credit by the Interior Design Continuing Education Council (IDCEC) and the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA). IIDEX seminars are also eligible for LC credits for lighting designers and maintenance points for facility managers.
