In the low-rise new-home sector, customers now expect builders to deliver energy efficiency, high environmental standards, innovative products and healthy homes. Many builders see this as a burden, but for those who do it right, it’s an opportunity to build better and more cost-effectively. Presented by two top green-building consultants, this seminar will look at best practices in the GTA, Canada and North America to show how you can produce much greener homes, with fewer call-backs and similar or lower costs. Each attendee will receive an information binder and be certified under the Green Builder Challenge as a G50 Trained Builder.
