This seminar will provide specific methods that can be used to position the FM department as part of the decision-making structure within a company. FMs will learn how to talk their executives’ language, align their strategies with their company’s core business, and understand the budget and finance issues the executives care about. Material presented will explore how FMs can influence the organization and win the trust of their company’s executive decision makers.
Speaker: John Vinken is currently, the Director, Marketing and Energy Convergence with VIP Energy Service Inc. John is responsible for a portfolio growing exponentially as organizations in North America come to grips with a deregulated utility market.
