Are you tired of saying the same things about your company as everyone else? “Award-winning planning, design and delivery,” or “exceptional service, quality and creativity,” or “we look at things differently.” At this session you will learn how to define your organization in a way that is believable, relevant, defensible and singular. A brand is an outward expression of your organization. Most brands fail because they do not reflect the inner culture and values of an organization. Build a brand that clearly shows how your organization is uniquely distinct from everything that is “not your organization.”
Speaker: Romana Mirza is principal strategist and founder of Studio Pinpoint, a brand strategy and marketing consulting practice based in Toronto. She brings a depth and breadth of knowledge to the strategic management table that spans a 20-year career in marketing professional services and design-based organizations, from start-ups to multimillion-dollar publicly traded companies. Romana has worked with respected high-end design brands, including Nienkämper and Bernhardt, and has held senior marketing positions in architectural, interior design and consulting engineering practices in the United States and Canada.
