DEADLINE FOR SERVICE FORMS

IIDEX is just around the corner and it ‘s time to send in your service forms to ensure a smooth move in at early bird rates. Please visit our Service Forms Section of the website where you find a handy check list and all of the forms on-line. SAFETY 1st at IIDEX/NeoCon CANADA

All IIDEX/NeoCon Canada participants are reminded that workplace safety is everyone’s responsibility and that all personnel involved with move-in and/or move-out must comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act as set out by the Ontario Ministry of Labour.

New this Year: All exhibitors are required to read, sign and submit the Mandatory Health & Safety Acknowledgement Form by September 14.

The Occupational Health & Safety Act also requires that certain exhibitors complete and submit a Notice of Project. Please refer here for full details.

EXHIBITOR BADGE PICK UP

To avoid the registration lines at the show, register in advance online. When finished, print the confirmation page and bring it to the Exhibitor Registration counter during move-in, along with your business card.) Exhibitor badges will not be mailed in advance of the show and will only be issued on-site during move-in at the Exhibitor Registration counter.

EXHIBITOR MOVE IN SCHEDULE

NEW THIS YEAR: All exhibitors have been assigned a move-in day and time based on their booth location. Please refer to the colour-coded move-in floor plan to determine your specific day and time. STUDENT VOLUNTEERS FOR EXHIBITORS

Are you in need of volunteers to assist you in your booth? If so, please consider taking part in the ARIDO Student Volunteer Program at IIDEX/NeoCon Canada. If you haven’t already submitted your application form to have a student of Interior Design help out at your booth during the IIDEX show, then please do so as soon as possible. The main purpose of this program is to provide exhibitors with volunteers who will assist students who visit your booth requesting product information. This is an exciting learning opportunity for students and they greatly value the experience of working with and learning from you!

Please download the IIDEX Volunteer Form 2007 and fax the form to the attention of Jenn Taggart at ARIDO, 416-921-3660. The deadline to apply is September 14, 2007.
