EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION HOURS
The registration counters will be located in the Galleria outside Hall B.
Tuesday, September 26 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Wednesday, September 27 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday, September 28 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday, September 29 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
MOVE-IN/SET-UP HOURS
Each exhibitor will be allocated a specific time after completing and submitting the Stronco Move-In Survey . For safety reasons, persons aged 15 and under, including families of exhibitors, will not be permitted into the exhibit hall during move-in.

DISMANTLING & MOVE-OUT HOURS
For safety reasons, persons aged 15 and under, including families of exhibitors, will not be permitted into the exhibit hall during move-out.
Friday, September 29 6:00pm - 12:00 midnight
Saturday, September 30 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
BADGES
For security reasons, all persons working or visiting the show require a badge to enter the exhibit hall. There are three types of badge categories:
- Exhibitor Badges
These badges allow free access in and out of the exhibit hall during move-in, show hours, after hours and move-out. Register for Exhibitor Badges online or on-site. To avoid the registration lines at the show, click here to register online. When finished, print the confirmation page and bring it to the Exhibitor Registration counter, along with your business card. BADGES WILL NOT BE MAILED IN ADVANCE OF THE SHOW – exhibitor badges will only be issued on-site during move-in at Exhibitor Registration. - Move-In Badges
Each person on the show floor during move-in must wear a temporary move-in badge or an exhibitor badge. Temporary badges are valid only for the day they are issued and can be picked up at the West Loading Docks.
- Attendee Badges
All attendees can register on-line before Friday, September 15, 2006 to receive a complimentary badge. After that date admission to the exhibit hall will be $25.00 online or on-site. Everyone attending the show is required to wear an official badge. Registration for seminars and event tickets is required; click here for more information.
The postcards you will receive with your hard copy of the Exhibitor Manual are not free passes, but by distributing them you can remind your clients about this deadline. A clear invitation holder is also included which we invite you to place in your showroom, reception area, store or office to encourage your customers or prospective customers to visit your booth at the show. To order more postcards, please send an e-mail to with your mailing address and quantity required. We’ll also have available a digital version that you can use for e-mail promotions.
