Where do I ship my exhibit and display materials?

Where can I courier envelopes and small packages?
If you plan on sending any small materials to the show by courier please instruct them to go directly to the Stronco desk at the West Loading Docks. Stronco will sign for the packages and deliver them to your booth. If there is no one in your booth, Stronco will hold your packages at the West Docks. There is a material handling charge for this service. Advance material handling can be arranged by contacting Stronco. Do not instruct your courier to deliver to the show office or directly to your booth.
What day can I move-in and set-up?
Please complete Stronco’s Move-In Survey and fax to their office. You will be notified under separate cover of your individual move-in date and time closer to the Show.
The move-in hours are:
- Monday September 25 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Tuesday September 26 7:00am – 7:00pm
- Wednesday September 27 7:00am – 7:00pm
How late can I stay in the exhibit hall to set-up?
Exhibitor’s can stay late to work on their booths with permission from Show Management and notice to security staff.
If I have a problem during move-in or move-out, who do I see?
Please see Ximena Villate, Jennifer Ledingham or any of the IIDEX/NeoCon staff, at the show office located on the show floor. Stronco will have an order desk adjacent to the show office. Direct Energy Centre exhibitor services order desk is located in the West loading docks area and a telephone in the show office area to connect you directly to their office on the loading docks.
AT THE SHOW
Where is the IIDEX/NeoCon on-site show office located?
The on-site IIDEX/NeoCon show office is located in the north-east corner of the show floor. The Press Room and Stronco service desk is also located there.
What kind of security is provided at the show?
Exhibition Place Security provides 24 hour building security to the Direct Energy Centre. Show Management hires Target Security to provide 24 hour guards for the exhibit halls. These guards will deal with crowds, incident reports, thefts, and the general security of the show. Please contact the show office if you need to speak to a security officer.
Should I insure my exhibit materials?
Yes, every exhibitor must have $2 million Commercial General Liability Insurance. The exhibitor may choose any insurance company. (An order form has been supplied in this binder should the exhibitor not already have their own insurance company.)
What are the restrictions when setting up our exhibit?
All exhibitors must set-up their booths within the contracted space you have reserved. If your booth extends into the aisle and Stronco must cut the aisle carpet to go around your booth, then a charge may be applied to the exhibitor. Each booth, except island booths and peninsula booths 200 sq.ft. & larger, has a wall height restriction of 10’. All booths/exhibitors must comply with the rules and regulations of the Direct Energy Centre.
Where do I pick up my badges?
During move-in, exhibitor and all the other badges will be available in the Galleria (Hall A/B area) of the NTC at the Registration/Ticket centre. Move-in badges will be available at the loading dock and show entrance during move-in dates and times.
MOVE-OUT
When does the dismantling period begin?
Dismantling and move-out begins after the show closes on Friday September 29 at 6:00pm. Please ensure your exhibit remains intact until this point. Vehicles will be allowed into the loading docks at approximately 7:30pm. You must be packed up and ready to go in order to be allowed into the loading docks.
When will I get my empty crates and boxes returned?
If your empty crates and boxes are stored with Stronco for the duration of the show, they will return them as soon as possible after the show closes and the aisle carpet has been removed. Please indicate on the Stronco Move-In Survey the date and times you will be moving out. Stronco will then know when you need your crates returned.
