ATTENTION ALL EXHIBITORS
To maximize the benefits of participating in IIDEX/NeoCon Canada, we suggest you become familiar with all of the information relating to the show. This section highlights those aspects that must be drawn to the attention of all exhibitors.
The following is mandatory:
Follow the Booth Design Regulations on the following pages.
- Adhere to the collective agreements in place between Direct Energy Centre, Exhibition Place and the unions.
- Read the Workplace Health and Safety Notice.
- Determine whether you must file a Notice of Project with the Ontario Ministry of Labour.
- Rent or design hard walls to separate your display from your neighbours.
- Submit service order forms to appropriate suppliers by their deadlines to take advantage of advance discount pricing.
- Register exhibitor staff badges online.
- Submit the Stronco Move-In Survey to the Stronco Show Services office in order to be added to the move-in schedule.
- Have $2 million Commercial General Liability Insurance.
- Have press kits ready for distribution in the Press Room and for distribution at your booth.
