Top 7 ways to get the most out of IIDEX/NeoCon Canada

  1. Add the IIDEX Logo and your booth # to all of your promotional materials, advertisements and email blasts
  2. Place an ad in our redesigned magazine format show guide produced in collaboration with Azure magazine. Award winning graphic design firm Hambly and Woolley will be designing this year’s show guide with many unique new editorial features and expanded show coverage. Please contact Sylvie Champeau 514-983-6547 for more information.
  3. Track your leads, even if only through the low-cost form option. Make accurate notes – with so many new leads make sure you can follow-up quickly and effectively.
  4. Make post-show follow-up your 1st priority!
  5. Network at events where your prospects will be – keynotes, awards presentations and seminars.
  6. Enter the Product Awards; no matter what the outcome, the jury of specifiers will get to know your company better
  7. Mail or email IIDEX Promotional postcards with your business card attached or company name and booth number printed on it.

Email Promotions

IIDEX/NeoCon Canada has a wide variety of promotional materials available for your use. Why not send out an email to all you clients and prospects to promote your participation in the show, inform them of new product launches and drive traffic to your booth. Please contact Lucy Ataide at 416-960-4519 or via email at to request PDF postcards.

Traffic Builders

Get your company name and product info in front of leading specifiers through sponsorship. Sponsors – whether of a keynote speaker, the press room, cafés or educational sessions – can have their product profiled in the feature areas with signage telling visitors where to see the entire line. Increase traffic by handing out complimentary drinks tickets to your favourite clients and new contacts during the Welcome Reception from 5 to 6:30 pm on Thursday. Another option is to provide hors d’oeuvres or drinks at your booth.

Turn Creative Heads

Remember that creatively-designed and well lit displays are most likely to capture the attention of specifiers. Clever use of materials and interesting presentations sometimes go further than a big budget.

Enter the IIDEX/NeoCon Canada Product & Booth Awards

Entering your product or booth design highlights your company in the eyes of the prestigious team of judges. Winners get additional media and attendee attention, and their names are announced at the Presidents Breakfast that opens the event at Heritage Court on Thursday morning from 8:00 to 9:00 AM.

Post-show Follow-up

As soon as possible after the show, get in touch with specifiers who requested more information or pricing. And make your IIDEX/NeoCon Canada message more memorable for your new contacts and prospects with a follow-up promotional mailing or email campaign. Using one of the three lead-tracking options available at the show will make this job far easier. See Lead Retrieval Order Form from MicroSpec under Service Forms tab in the exhibitor manual.

Get Media Attention

The on-floor Press Room is the first stop for visiting editors and journalists. Make sure your press kits are ready for them. Also have a few extra copies in your booth.
